Our services

Succession Exec does not itself act as a licensed professional fiduciary. Where a licensed fiduciary is required, services are provided by independent professionals licensed by the California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau. Court appointments are at the court's discretion.

Affiliation

Succession Exec is affiliated with Succession Legal, a California law firm. Using Succession Exec never requires hiring Succession Legal, and hiring Succession Legal never requires using Succession Exec. Any legal services are provided only by Succession Legal under its own written engagement agreement.
